Mesquite, NV softball tournament

We traveled down to Mesquite, NV for our first fall softball tournament. We had a lot of fun. The girls played so well. Haylee did great. She made some great plays in center field even a double play! She also played 3rd base. She had a few hits and put down a few great bunts. They ended up taking 2nd place.

Our First Winter Storm

This is what we woke up to last Sunday. We were a little shocked, we knew it might snow, but we had no idea that it would stick. This was a beautiful sight to wake up to. Especially when we knew it would be melted by the next morning, which it was!

Ty's extracurricular activities

Ty is having a great time playing football for the JV team and the Varsity team. He also went to his first school dance. I must say he cleans up well. From the little info I got they had a blast. I posted pics of him and his buddy Johnny and Ty and his date Alex, she's a cutie!

Londyn's playing soccer

Londyn has been asking to play soccer for the past 2 years. I have been making excuses and now I have finally given in. With all my extra spare time I was asked to also coach the team. She is following in her sisters footsteps, she is usually good for 1-2 goals a game!

Things we did this summer

We have kept very busy this summer with softball, soccer, baseball and other fun activities.

We Will Miss You Kade! R.I.P.

Tyler lost one of his best friends Saturday May 31st. They were playing a 7 on 7 football camp. He just caught a pass and was returning to the huddle when he collapsed and died. He was a wonderful athlete and a great friend to Ty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Cooper family. He will truly be missed. (Kade is in the middle)

Londyn's Spanish Opera

Londyn's class made up a Spanish opera. It turned out so cute. It was all in Spanish so I have know idea what it was about.

Tyler Turned 16!!

I can't believe Tyler is 16. Where has the time gone. I remember when he was a cute little toddler who loved his mom to death. I still think of him as that cute little toddler, but I sure he doesn't want to admit he loves me to death!

We Finished Our Yard!

We finished our yard, but we will have to wait until next year to plant anything. I am not looking forward to this because of all the flower beds.
